(More customer reviews)I chose this DVD player based on price alone and was pleasantly surprised at its quality.It's much smaller than the DVD player it replaced, and produces excellent sound and picture quality compared to other sub-$40 players.There isn't much in the way of face controls (in case the remote is lost) but that's typical of this price range, and better won't be found without spending more.
My favorite thing about this DVD player is that it has a *real* power button on its face.That's right, you don't have to leave it in standby mode, slowly sucking up power and raising your bill when not in use.No messing with cords or turning it off at the surge protector.How refreshing!
